“I’ve been remodeling an entire home and have ordered quite a bit of furniture through the mail. Usually the product itself is just fine, but inevitably there is some issue with directions, packaging, or some detail that detracts from the product…. Not so with WG Wood Products. It was packaged like Ft. Knox and what I have never seen before and wish everyone would do… hardware was in ziplock bags (multiple ones, well organized), clearly labeled, and securely affixed to product!!! That’s right, no sorting through a big bag of hardware or ripping it open and little pieces flying everywhere. Directions were above and beyond, with color photos and direct number to manufacturer if you had questions. Bottom line, I told my wife that anything else we order would be from WG Wood.”
